Reviews

A first class product which gives such a smooth close shave and I consider it to be an excellent Braun development. I have always found Braun to be far the best but this razor excels.

I found myself umming and ahhing about purchasing this product for about 2 months. I can honestly say its worth getting the price is off putting yes, but I have used this everyday for the last month. I have had no trouble with it, the shave it gives you is closest I have ever experienced from a electric shaver. I am still on the first cleaning cartridge that came with it! and i bought the product on the 23rd of June. I clean it every 2 days or so and then a intensive clean program on the weekend generally. The cartridge is still showing as full so that may alleviate some fears about running costs with the cartridge replacement. The lemony smell the cleaner uses is very subtle and understated. Even if you havent cleaned it for a few days the smell still lasts and it runs very smooth over your face. So all in all a top notch product yes the price is high but its a classic case of you get what you pay for. After all you only have one face!

I have over the years tried wet shaving and several types of electric shavers. No doubt that wet shaving gives the smoothest and best result - if you can stand the inevitable nicks and cuts, and the "mess" that you create. Lather ,soap, water splashes everywhere ... The Braun Series 7 is expensive, an sophisticated piece of German engineering, but in my opinion it's worth it. It shaves very cleanly, and is easy to hold and move around. It even shaves my neck without giving me a rash, which every other electric shaver I've tried have done. The cleaning system seems to provide a very clean shaver head and it feels "like new" every time. Having said that, I went on holiday for two weeks earlier and just rinsed it, so I doubt you really need the cleaning station every day. And I have not figured the cost of these cleaning refills, I suspect it'll fairly expensive over time, but so is good quality lather and new razor blades. In short, highly recommended!

My husband says best shave ever,,,quite noisy but the shave is so close that the noise doesn't matter. So nice not to have to clean the shaver. Compact and fits easily on a bedside table. Easy to set up the clean and renew system which seems to work very well...refill lasted a month for the first use.

Lives up to all other 'positive' Review comments. This is my 3rd Braun Shaver spanning many, many, years. The best yet, but I was more than satisfied with the others. Speaks for itself!!.
